– Experience as customer management.
– Good conversational english level is highly advantageous.

Your duties will be:
– Detecting the needs of different client.
– Analysis of customer account status.
– Customer account status trackin.
– Proposing and implementing improvement actions.
– Regular contact with the Marketing Department among others.
– Stock management and pricing policies.
– Ensuring compliance with margins and commercial conditions.
– Monitoring of the customer’s account.
